This Mobile Building is a controlled moving structure that may be driven across large distances and that climbs steep hills. Indeed, with its retractable track-laying bases equipped with powerful hydraulic systems, one entrance of the building may be at a different level than the other side's door when it is travelling across a slope (elevation difference of up to 13 ft or 3.9 m higher). With its 28-ft overhead clearance (8.5 m) and its two doors, the Mobile Building can easily accommodate a large truck for material loading and unloading.
