Mecfor's Descaling Robots are used in the cleaning of red mud or high performance DHR reservoirs used in the transformation process of bauxite into alumina. This robot may be adapted to operate in other types of reservoirs of up to 24 m of diameter requiring industrial cleaning with mechanical tools. This remotely controlled Descaling Robot has all the essential design requirements to help you achieve your objectives: user-friendly system, proven effectiveness to provide outstanding cleaning of your reservoirs, considerable reduction of downtime to perform cleaning operations, ergonomic and safe cabin, as well as an excellent working speed. The Descaling Robot is designed according to your descaling method (jackhammer, high pressure water jets of flares) and to the access door location (top, bottom or side of the reservoir).
